Every business move gets a dedicated project manager who runs the whole thing — survey, plan, crate logistics, IT decommission, the move itself, and any storage in between.

Site survey & risk assessment
We visit both buildings, identify access constraints, agree timing windows with building managers, and produce a written method statement.

Crate & labelling system
Numbered crates, colour-coded by department or floor. Staff pack their own personal items; we handle the rest.

IT decommission & recommission
Workstations disconnected, transported and re-set up. We work alongside your IT provider or run it ourselves.

Out-of-hours execution
Most office moves run Friday evening through Sunday so Monday is business-as-usual. Phased multi-floor moves run over evenings.

Asset disposal & storage
Old furniture cleared, recycled or stored for resale. Surplus equipment held at our Mitcham warehouse for as long as needed.
